These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of movawellness.com (the "Site"), operated by Mova Wellness LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Möva," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational website describing Möva, a boutique fitness marketplace based in Miami, Florida. Through the Site you can learn about our service, review planned membership options, request an invitation to join when we open in your area, and, if you operate a fitness studio, inquire about partnering with us.
The Möva mobile application and membership service are not yet generally available. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell a membership, and submitting your information does not create a membership, reservation, or any obligation on our part to provide services to you.
Membership tiers, pricing, class allowances, studio availability, features, and launch timing described on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change at any time without notice. Final terms applicable to any membership will be presented to you before you are asked to pay for anything.
When you request an invitation, you may provide your name, email address, and neighborhood. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old, and you agree that we may contact you about Möva.
We do not guarantee that an invitation will be extended, or that it will be extended within any particular timeframe. You can ask us to remove you from our list at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@movawellness.com.
Information submitted through our studio partnership form is used to evaluate and discuss a potential partnership. Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, and no partnership exists unless and until both parties sign a written agreement.

The Site and its contents are owned by Mova Wellness LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, graphics, layout, photography, and the Möva name and logo. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Studio names, logos, and marks that appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Möva is a marketplace that connects members with independent fitness studios. We do not provide medical, health, or fitness advice, and nothing on the Site should be treated as such. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
Classes are provided by independent studios and instructors, not by Möva. Those studios are solely responsible for their facilities, instruction, safety practices, scheduling, and the conduct of their staff.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mova Wellness LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mova Wellness LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
